Not every dispute warrants protracted litigation, particularly if the claim can be resolved efficiently at the outset. However, for those claims that cannot be resolved in a reasonable manner, a targeted strategy can often result in an outcome that is both favorable to the client and mindful of the business costs of litigation.
This “strategic aggression” is fundamental to trial advocacy, as it focuses the litigation efforts on issues that matter most.
